CortiCare expands its EEG Services coverage area with the acquisition of Centennial Neurodiagnostics of Dallas Texas.

CARLSBAD, CA – DECEMBER 19, 2019 – CortiCare, Inc., a leading provider of technology and electroencephalographic (EEG) services to the hospital and physician office markets, today announced that it continues its growth by acquiring Centennial Neurodiagnostics (Centennial) of Dallas Texas. Centennial is a market leader in the Southern region of the United States providing patient care from California to Florida.
